So I kind of got this account from my own stupidity, but I figure, hey, if I've got, might as well do soemthing with it. Besides, its 4 in the afternoon on a saturday and I'm in college, which translates to 'I have nothing to do'. My laundry's done, so yay for that. And most of my 'homework' from thursday/friday is done (im a nerd like that) and I don't have a job yet. Soon, but not yet. Other than the occaision 'im bored' moment, this school rocks! (its the Culinary Initute of America, btw) the rec center is amazing, and i try to go every day for at least a half hour, but mostly end up going every other day. haha, i simply refuse to gain 'the freshman 15'. or, at the culinary, its 'the freshman 40'. so rec center it is. the food, obviously, is pretty amazing, although i'm uber picky, so i usually get fresh made pasta or sandwiches(hot, panini ones, not deli ones) and theres an adorable move theatre just up the road its only $5 to get in! i was amazed. on the down side though, i REALLY miss ohio (i'm in NY) i miss my horse, and my cats, and my dog, and my bird, and hell, even the fish. i miss my boyfreind, and i miss my freinds. Up here, its so amazingly gorgeous, everything is beautiful. Pristine. Undeniable. You can't turn around and not find a vista of the hudson, or mountains, or fall foliage. In the winter it will be astoundingly angelic. But really, I'd rather have Lodi, I'd rather have terrible potholes in the roads and little bratty boys running around on thier skateboards and construction 24/7 and the squirrels throwing acorns into the yard and hitting you in the head. But O well. I miss all that, but life goes on. Besides, i'll see it all in december. Can't wait till then!
